These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Munoz Automations LLC ("Munoz Automations," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company operating in Houston, Texas. SMS messaging terms

These terms apply to anyone who receives text messages from Munoz Automations LLC.

Program: Munoz Automations LLC sends text messages about your inquiry, scheduling, project updates, and customer support.

Consent: we text you only after you call or text our business number at (832) 658-2845, check the SMS consent box on our contact form, or tell us verbally that we can text you. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.

For help, reply HELP or email anthony@munozautomations.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other US carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.

How we handle your number and your consent record is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile number or consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

What we do

Munoz Automations LLC is an AI automation consulting business. We analyze how a business operates, identify tasks worth automating, then design, build, and support those automations. Work is performed under a separate written proposal or agreement for each engagement. If anything in a signed proposal conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal controls.

Use of this website

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information through our forms, including someone else's phone number.
  • Use the site to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any connected system.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish site content without permission.
  • Use automated tools to flood our forms or phone lines.

The content on this site, including copy, branding, and the Munoz Automations name and marks, belongs to Munoz Automations LLC.

Quotes, pricing, and payment

  • Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guaranteed price. Pricing is quoted per engagement after a discovery conversation.
  • Fees, payment schedule, and scope are set in the written proposal for that engagement.
  • Third-party costs are separate. Automations often run on outside platforms, and any subscription or usage fees charged by those platforms are the client's responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Automations need access to the systems they automate. For work we perform for you, you are responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to the accounts and tools involved.
  • Confirming you have the right to use any customer data in the automation, including valid consent to contact your own customers by text or email.
  • Reviewing and approving automations before they go live to your customers.
  • Maintaining your own accounts, subscriptions, and payment methods for third-party tools.

Your own messaging compliance is yours. If we build a system that texts or emails your customers, you are the sender. You are responsible for having proper consent from those recipients and for following applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM. We will build the system to support compliant practice, and we will tell you what those practices require, but we cannot supply consent you do not have.

Third-party platforms

Our work connects tools we do not own or control, such as automation platforms, messaging providers, spreadsheets, calendars, and CRMs. Those providers can change their pricing, their features, or their interfaces at any time, and outages on their side can interrupt an automation. We are not responsible for a third party's failure, downtime, pricing change, or policy change, though we will help you adapt.

No guarantee of results

We build automations designed to save time and recover revenue, and we are direct about what we think will work. We do not guarantee a specific revenue increase, lead volume, conversion rate, or dollar outcome. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your follow-through, and factors outside our control. Any figures we discuss are estimates based on the numbers you give us, not promises.

Warranty disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Services delivered under a signed proposal carry whatever warranty that proposal states, and nothing more.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Munoz Automations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us about your operations, pricing, and customers is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to anyone outside our business, except as described in the Privacy Policy. If we want to reference your business publicly as a client or in a case study, we ask first.

Termination

Either side may end an engagement as described in that engagement's proposal. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who violates these terms, asks us to build something unlawful, or asks us to send messages without proper consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both sides consent to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
